Back in 2003 I was looking to switch OB-GYNs to make the dreaded annual visit more bearable, as I had not had the most positive experiences previously. I came across Dr. Varma in the newspaper of all places and decided to give her a try. Best decision I ever made! She has a gentle touch and a kind heart. It’s comforting to go to a doctor who doesn’t forget what it’s like to be on the other side of the table. She is a good listener, gives sound advice and recommendations, and made my two pregnancies/deliveries as comfortable as they could be. The nurses and staff at Women’s Care Group are also just as friendly and knowledgeable. I never have a problem with getting an appointment when needed, and I like the fact that I can count on seeing the same doctor with each visit. Women’s Care Group has a small town practice feel, which is a difficult accomplishment in the rat race of Northern Virginia.
