Dr. Varma, I'm a big fan of hers. I really want to thank Dr. Varma for all the help and support she offered me and my husband all throughout my pregnancy. She was very patient with all the stupid question we as first time parents used to ask. She was so gentle and calm and made me feel calm during my 19 hour long labor. I am so happy that my little baby girl was delivered by Dr Varma. I absolutely love the way she treats her patients, the immense knowledge she has and would like to recommend her to all.

I choose to visit Dr.Varma after my previous GYN no longer accepted my insurance. I tend to freak out at any kind of doctor appointment, but Dr.Varma and her staff were very helpful, reassuring and really made me feel at ease. I left feeling like all my questions and concerns were answered and did not feel "rushed" by Dr.Varma the way some doctors can often seem. I would recommend her and her staff. Also, it is noteworthy that I got an appointment that really fit my schedule, which I've found usually isn't the case with most doctors.

I've been a patient of Dr. Varma's for 8 years and she has delivered both of my children. When my son had to be in the NICU for the first week she did everything possible to ensure that I could stay in the hospital as long as possible to be there with him. She is extremely passionate and genuinely cares about her patients, taking the time each visit to catch up and see what else is going on in my life. Her staff is equally as caring and accommodating. I referred my sister in law to her several years ago and Dr. Varma has delivered both of her children as well. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Varma, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the care I have received from you and your staff in the past years, but most of all thank you for making the birth of my first boy such a wonderful experience. I now have a beautiful and healthy 1 week old baby boy. His sisters are so proud to be big sisters to him. I have never received such wonderful care. Thank you for being such a loving and caring doctor. You have always been gentle, kind, informative, easy to talk to, available when needed no matter what time of day, night or weekend. You made me feel my care was important and necessary. You took time to explain all the procedures in which helped us make our decisions. Thanks again Dr.Varma!

Dr Varma and her group is not only highly qualified and compassionate in dealing with patients but also go one step ahead to help the patients when they need it the most. I have known her since my first pregnancy (2006). I received top notch professional care from Dr Varma and her staff during my pregnancies, baby deliveries (c-section) and post partum. I really feel lucky to have her as my Doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone. She never imposes anything on her patients. Looking at the circumstances she will give you the best option and would discuss with you in detail all the pros and cons. During after hours she has always been prompt in responding within 5-10 minutes. After delivery also she is concerned about any health concern your baby is facing. I am really thankful to her and her staff for them going a step ahead to pre pone a Johns Hopkins doctor’s appointment for my son. I give all 5 stars to the Women's Care group. Keep up the good Work. I have been visiting Dr Varma for the past 6 years and I absolutely love the way she treats her patients. She always listens to the concerns and answers them. She has been very supportive during the tough times I had to face. She delivered my baby girl and I really appreciate the care she took during my entire pregnancy and long labor. The staff at women’s care group also is absolutely friendly.

I had a very long labor when I had my son and she was very patient, any other doctor would have pushed for C-section…I appreciate her willingness to wait and let me have normal delivery.

Back in 2003 I was looking to switch OB-GYNs to make the dreaded annual visit more bearable, as I had not had the most positive experiences previously. I came across Dr. Varma in the newspaper of all places and decided to give her a try. Best decision I ever made! She has a gentle touch and a kind heart. It's comforting to go to a doctor who doesn't forget what it's like to be on the other side of the table. She is a good listener, gives sound advice and recommendations, and made my two pregnancies/deliveries as comfortable as they could be. The nurses and staff at Women's Care Group are also just as friendly and knowledgeable. I never have a problem with getting an appointment when needed, and I like the fact that I can count on seeing the same doctor with each visit. Women's Care Group has a small town practice feel, which is a difficult accomplishment in the rat race of Northern Virginia.

Thank you Dr. Varma for the wonderful care you provided during my 1st and 2nd pregnancies! You were very supportive and always spent extra time making sure i had all my questions answered. I had no issues post partum and have 2 healthy kids thanks to you!

Dr.Varma is the best doctor ever seen.She was so professional handling me in hard times of my pregenancy days and labor through delivery.Myself,my husband and my new born are so thankful for the way she treated.The appointments were so easy and no wait time.I would strongly suggest her if you are looking for a best OBG doctor.

Dr. V! I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you seeing me on a Saturday- and spending such a long visit with me to address all of my concerns. I appreciate how much you take time to make sure that not only my health but well-being and family are all taken into consideration when helping me to make decisions about my health care. I was very impressed and thankful that you called me a few days into starting a new medication to see how it was working and then following up with me again later. I think of you as more than a doctor, and more like a nonjudgmental, caring and concerned confidant. :)

This is just a quick note to say how much I appreciate and respect the care I receive from Dr Varma. My first pregnancy was under Dr Varma's care, as well as the delivery. I am so grateful to have a doctor that is direct, knowledgeable and competent during such a bewildering and exciting time as one's first child. Dr. Varma is one of the best OBGYN physicians I've ever encountered! She and I have build such a wonderful dr. patient relationships that I sort of look forward to my annual visit (never thought you would hear that). She was instrumental in the delivery of both of my children and supported us through every twist and turn. Can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Varma.

Dr Varma is the most caring doctor I have come across in my life. Her attentiveness goes beyond office visits - I remember the time when I was worried about not conceiving, she actually took the time to research online and mailed me copies of articles that allayed my fears. Needless to say she was the doctor I trusted and chose to bring my little boy into this world and she will be doing it again soon with my 2nd one. She is truly compassionate in addition to being competent and I consider her not just my doctor but my friend.
